primary election Trempealeau County voted for Hillary Clinton 51% over Barack Obama
49%, the only other county in the 3rd Congressional District to vote for
Hillary Clinton was Juneau County. The 3rd Congressional District voted for Barack Obama 57% to 43% and
the state of Wisconsin voted for Barack Obama 58% to 41%.
